After requirements are clarified, our engineering team will carry out:

Mold Development

Shanghai Yongxing has deep expertise in the R&D and manufacturing of precision molds. We have established our own independent mold R&D department and supporting injection molding workshop, integrating the entire service chain-from mold design and precision machining to testing/trial molding and mass-production forming. With a mature and stable custom mold development system, our standard lead time for custom molds is approximately 35 days, enabling efficient delivery of various precision molds.

 

To date, the company has independently developed over 2,000 mold sets, with a regular monthly average of more than 20 new molds in development. Our ample production capacity allows us to simultaneously undertake custom mold orders across multiple batches and product categories. The workshop is equipped with a full range of high-end precision machining equipment, and we strictly control machining accuracy to 0.01mm throughout the entire process, meeting the manufacturing demands of high‑precision products such as automotive electronics and switch components.
