Testing method for the lifespan of ship type switches:
Mainly test the opening and closing times until they are damaged. If you don't need to manually use a small motor to drive the eccentric opening and closing switch, use a counter to record the times! This switch requires safety certification, which is necessary. If the product is sold domestically, CQC is used. If sold abroad, it depends on the specific country to which it is sold. For example, UL safety certification is required in the United States, CUL safety certification is required in Canada, and VDE, ENEC, TUV and other safety certification are available in European countries.

Fault issue:
A common type of ship shaped switch with a red light on when connected. Sometimes it can't be turned off, it just doesn't bounce back, and the air switch often malfunctions.

Solution to the fault:
There is a metal plate inside the ship shaped switch, with a spring support point in the middle. The spring displacement and plastic bracket aging and deformation make the switch inflexible. It can be disassembled after power outage to have a look. If it is not a damaged plastic component, it may be able to be restored. The zero wire inside the switch is straight through and has nothing to do with the switch components. Therefore, if the switch trips the air switch, the insulation layer of the zero wire passing through the switch is damaged. The damaged section can be cut off and rewired, ensuring insulation. It is also possible that there is a short circuit in the pin of the indicator light, just rewire it.
