Driven by the "dual carbon" strategy, the three major sectors of energy storage, EV charging piles, and energy equipment are developing rapidly. The housing is made of 304/316 stainless steel or anti-corrosion alloy, and passes the 96-hour neutral salt spray test, effectively resisting coastal salt mist, industrial dust, and wide temperature shocks (-40°C to +85°C).
Emergency stop switch – an absolutely reliable safety line
The emergency stop switch prioritizes not convenience, but absolute safety, absolute reliability, and absolute controllability as its core principles. Energy storage cabinets and EV charging piles must be equipped with emergency stop buttons that feature forced opening and mechanical self-locking, ensuring that the main circuit is disconnected within milliseconds in case of thermal runaway or failure. For high safety level applications, dual-channel redundant contacts are used to meet SIL 3 / PL e requirements.

Key applications in the three major sectors
(1) Energy storage / inverter: Each cabinet is equipped with an IP67 metal button for start/stop and reset, and an emergency stop switch for rapid power cutoff.
(2) EV charging pile: The metal button is weather-resistant and anti-aging; the emergency stop switch cuts off the output within 100 ms to prevent accidents.
(3) Energy equipment: Photovoltaic inverters, combiner boxes, etc., rely on metal push button switches for reliable human-machine interaction.
